We kicked off the design of Sledge Institute by defining our Core Values. These values—ECHO (Excellence, Community, Heart, and Opportunity)—light our way and inspire everything we do. We know there’s no “one-size-fits-all” recipe for success, but we are fiercely committed to our six powerful, research-based elements that make our school extraordinary.

Our founder and design team have drawn from years of experience and lessons from schools and organizations across the country and around the globe. By weaving these six key elements into our teaching and learning, we’re bringing our mission to life: to spark the natural curiosity and unique gifts of every learner, and to empower them to become responsible, ethical global citizens. Our students will be ready to understand, challenge, innovate, and lead in an ever-changing world.
